Thank you for your thoughts Jatin Gupta. The University of Copenhagen are very ambitious about these efforts. They already have an established Center of Social Data Science (SODAS) that have been working interdisciplinary to address interesting issues as well as do research in this direction. There are also efforts at the Alan Turing Institute to explore this topic: https://www.turing.ac.uk/research/interest-groups/social-data-science

I do think that being more open to different fields while increasing the skill level in programming may lead to good things. We will just have to see what we can do with these type of skills and how we can contribute. I currently work with a project related to UNDP in my workplace, building a dataset, so already thinking towards this purpose that you hint at. Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts Jatin.

I am really enjoying the programme. It has only been a few weeks, yet it has opened many new doors and made me think differently about myself in relation to other disciplines or people.
